Maryann thinks the photo was probably taken shortly after the U.S.A. entered the war. Maybe 1942.
In any case, it was taken in Brooklyn, NY at the house on 58th St. The occasion may have been when they all came home on leave before shipping out to their assignments.
Maryann remembers it was a very happy and wildly loud party when they were there. Lots of food and drink and laughter.
