Winans graves in Fairview Cemetery
In 2003, I visited the cemetery but could not find any markers for Jonathan Dayton Winans (1813-1900), Sarah H. Patterson Winans (1822-1899), or Isaac Winans (1850-1929). I did, however, find this headstone and markers for several Winans who do not appear to be directly related to our Winans. In March of 2022, a volunteer at Findagrave.com took these photos and sent them to me. And like I did in 2003, he found no markers for our Winans, but according to documents, they are buried at this cemetery in Section C16.
