Raphel Charles Devlin was born on December 29, 1893, in Matawan, New Jersey, the child of Patrick J. Devlin and Mary Louise McGonegal.
(Yes. I know it says her name was Margaret, but all other sources say it was Mary Louise).
Raphael married Margaret Mary Fury around 1919, in New Jersey. They had one child during their marriage. This was Elizabeth Ann Devlin (1926-2010).
Mary Louise passed away in April 1930 in Matawan at the age of 62.
Patrick J. Devlin passed away in 1930 in Matawan at the age of 65.
