Just a guess, but her middle name may have been Petronilla.
The following baptismal record was sent to me by cousin Theresa Lau in February 2021.
This is actually a copy made in 1921 when she was 10 years old. Theresa believes it may have been necessary for her First Communion.
Note that the Godparents are "Paolo and Antoinetta Pensabene".
