This was the home of John and Josephine Lanzaro, and their daughter Elizabeth, and sons John Jr. and Fred.
This was in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn, not far from Holy Cross Cemetery.
They were actually living here when the photo was taken.

Between 1939 and 1941, New York City photographed every building in the five boroughs for tax purposes.
