Frank LaMura's Letter to Carmela Pulcrano
Sometime back in the 1970's, Frank LaMura (1902-1983) wrote the following letter to his niece, Carmela (LaMura) Pulcrano (1918-2006).
The original letter had 8 pages, but only 7 are shown here. My father received this copy from someone in the LaMura family, and he
gave it to me around 1993.
Presumably, the first page was excluded because it was of a more personal nature.
It was this letter that gave my early interest in researching our family history the spark that it needed.
Immediatley following the letter is my transcription of the letter, with notations.
