Plus, it says she was a male.
On her older sister Mary's birth certificate, it said mother Rose's birthplace was New Jersey. Here, it says Florida.
In the correction below, they corrected the spelling of Nunciata's name to Helen Nunciata and changed her from male to female.
The correction appears to have been made in 1941, a few months before Helen married Charles Wichowski. It is signed by Rose
and witnessed by Helen's older sister, Mary.
