The first newspaper notice says on October 27, 1906, Antonio Bruno married "Miss" Trobacco in Pittston.
The second notice, dated October 29, 1906, says "Professor" Antonio Bruno married Miss Trobacco.
The third notice, dated October 30, 1906, says Professor Antonio Bruno married Miss "Maria" Trobacco.
From these notices, the date of the marriage is October 27, 1906.
Professor Bruno is the leader of the Bruno Italian Band.
He is 32 years old and "Maria", if this is Minnie, is 17 years old.
The couple has a newly furnished home at 81 South Main Street in Pittston.
The only attendants are Mr. and Mrs. James Masi. There is no mention of the bride's family.
The document below claims the marriage of Professor Antonio Bruno and Minnie "Trubach" took place on Christmas Day of 1906.
This was the first marriage for both of them and Minnie had to have the consent of her father.
The marriage license was issued on October 13. The newspapers reported they were married in the church on Ocotber 27.
The document above states they were married December 25. Perhaps this was the civil rather than the church marriage date.
Since none of Minnie's family appears to have attended the church wedding, perhaps her parents did not approve of it
(she needed the consent of her father) until December. A duplicate certificate was issued on January 18, 1907.
