On the second page of the manifest, below, we see that Luca and Maria say that their nearest relative in San Lupo was a son named Giulio, their final destination is Matawan, NJ, they were carrying $25 each, this was their first time in America, and they were going to meet their son Giovanni in Matawan. Giovanni, or John, was Luca and Annunziata's youngest son who, along with his brother Lorenzo, emigrated to Matawan from San Lupo years before Luca and Annunziata arrived.
Luca was 5 feet 4 inches tall, with brown eyes and grey hair. Maria was 5 feet tall and also had brown eyes and grey hair.
