George (Giorgio) Evans, the son of Pasqualine (Nancy) DiSanto and Clifford Evans,
was born at their home, 1092 Magnolia Avenue in ELizabeth, New Jersey, on December 8, 1923.
Not sure why it says number of children born to this mother (1) and number of children now living (3).
It was definately three: George was the third child born after Lawrence Evans and William Evans.
